To fuel our continued growth and secure our mission, we are delighted to invite you to join the Legacy Circle, an exclusive group of dedicated donors who are deeply invested in the sustainability of our mission and growth of our organization. This group comprises our most valued supporters, each committed to contributing at least $200 a month or $2,400 annually. By becoming a founding member of the Legacy Circle, you will not only continue to make a significant difference for those living with chronic illness, but also help us ensure the long-term stability and success of our programs.

The Center for Chronic Illness has been steadily growing since its origin in 2016, and we've been grateful for the opportunity to support those impacted by all types of chronic illness. Thanks to the generosity and commitment of our donors, we have been successful in driving our mission forward and creating lasting impacts in the community we serve. With our community's support, we’ve grown from 12 support groups in 2019 to 23 support groups serving 6,023 people today. We now host participants in our groups from all 50 states and 26 other countries! This growth shows the demand for CCI’s services and the impact that we have in our community.
