Save the date for the 2nd Annual Chronic Illness Symposium, happening virtually on April 16–17, 2027. This two-day gathering brings together individuals living with chronic illness, caregivers, advocates, and healthcare and mental health providers for education, connection, and community.

Our inaugural symposium showed just how meaningful it is when people come together in shared understanding and support. We’re looking forward to building on that momentum in 2027 and creating another space where no one has to navigate chronic illness alone.
